Born from the Volkswagen World of Quality and Value for Money, the VWSA Learning Academy is expanding its scope in Human Resources Development with the implementation of its Learner Management System.

Employees at VWSA are guided with their training through various learning pathways. These learning pathways enable the employee to grow and develop in the various streams in order that the employee can contribute positively to VWSA.

An effective Learner Management System has been created to ensure that all training can be tracked to ensure Return on Investment in our training. Employees are able to track their progress against this path electronically.

A blended approach to learning is created at VWSA. This can be in the form of E-Learning, Workshops, (OJT) On-the-Job-Training, etc.

The hallmark of the Learning Academy is its dedication to high value added training – based specifically on the needs of the customers.

Highly skilled, dedicated and competent training personnel provide a variety of programmes and expertise, led by an experienced training management team.

Dynamic and exciting training occurs at all levels to ensure maximum return on investment.

The Learning Academy is accredited by the Merseta and Eseta. It has more than 350 full time Trainees in various Vocational Training Programmes and trains in excess of 3 000 participants a month.

Based on its many achievements, it is regarded at industry level in the region and nationally as a progressive and sophisticated training organization, offering real value-for-money training services.
